MRI is underway on the back 9 of the Grand Pines.  These are some photos of the project underway on #10.

Timber Point Blvd is complete and now Mike Roach Inc. is working on the Highlands golf course.  Everything has been going rather smoothly thanks to the great work from the crew of MRI and our Timber Pines irrigation crew. 

The picture above is from behind #4 green of the Grand Pines golf course.  MRI made a temperary tie in to continue with the irrigation renovation down Timber Point Blvd.  What nobody knew there were two different irrigation lines in the same area.  This is what happened when we went to turn the water back on.

The picture below is what the same area looked like the day after MRI cleaned it up.  They have done an outstanding job to date and I have the utmost confidence in them to continue their efforts.

The final phase of the Irrigation Renovation is in full swing and we’re currently installing the main-line pipe that will supply water to the Grand Pines and the Clubhouse. This process is occurring around the Pines putting green, practice range and other areas in the nearby vicinity. Due to the fact cart paths will be impacted for a short period we’ll need to redirect golf cart traffic at times. Directional signs will be posted so please use caution during your travels in the immediate area.
